According to Ozeas Fontana, head of the Commercial Service Division (A-DAC), Cesan currently has around 86 customers who receive the incentive with two-year contracts. “The subsidy of tariffs contributes to the maintenance of philanthropic entities in Espírito Santo. It is a responsible way of supporting social policies for the development of Espírito Santo society”, he said.

Applications and delivery of documents must be made at our service offices. Below you can find the documents necessary for the registration to be carried out:

– Copy of the incorporation statute of the institution registered in a notary's office;

– Minutes of registration of the institution and minutes of the last election;

– CNPJ card;

– Registration with the Municipal Council of the relevant policy or the CNAS or CEAS;

– Accounting statement for the fiscal year prior to the application (income statement for the year and explanatory notes);

In addition, the following must also be attached:

– Institutional report composed of activities carried out in the last year of the year, with quantitative and results obtained;

– Copy of the institution's water bill, in which the institution must be the responsible client and/or owner client for the registration;

– Declaration of agreement, in which the institution acknowledges the public notice and that, if requested, the subsidy of fees will enable the use of the institution's image as a social responsibility partner of the company;

Rating criteria

A technical visit will be carried out by Cesan's social service, aiming to know the structures of the entities and their projects presented in the institutional report. In addition, maturity will also be evaluated, that is, how long the entity has been developing the project; the improvement in the health condition of the individuals benefited, the guarantee of rights, the number of users, social protection and territoriality.
